The saying goes; “Can’t see the forest through the trees” This is an expression used of someone who is too involved in the details of a problem to look at the situation as a whole….Sounds a lot like our workplaces, and some leadership today, with re-entry just around the corner during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Leadership at Anne Sullivan Elementary School in Prospect Heights have done a great job of keeping their eyes on the overall education situation, rather than get too focused entirely on COVID – 19. Here is a great example of the graphics recently designed, manufactured, and installed in their main entrance, and one of the main hallways, creating great team spirit for all students, faculty, staff, and parents. It is a new and fresh look, and brings back the excitement of the words “Back to School”. An added benefit of the big picture approach, and proper planning……they also had 50″ circles on the main hallway, spaced appropriately, so that the school branding can double as proper distancing markers.
